WIDTH
The width should be measured at three points - top, middle and bottom of the opening. The smallest of these measurements is taken as the width.

HEIGHT
The height should be measured at three points - left, middle and right of the opening. The smallest of these measurements is taken as the height

DIAGONAL
The diagonal should be taken to ensure that the opening of the window to be installed is square. If the opening is not square ensure that the window ordered will fit as it will be supplied square, so allowances have to be made to ensure a correct fit.
